The Story of the Founder of Asclepius
Since 2008, Japan has been the earliest country in the world to introduce hydrogen-rich water as a means of supporting human health, beginning in 2008. Three years later in 2011, a Taiwanese individual who suffered from advanced gastric adenocarcinoma and nasal T-cell lymphoma, became the first to propose that hydrogen–oxygen mixed gas—produced by electrolyzing water (H₂O) into 66% hydrogen and 33% oxygen—could be inhaled using a hydrogen therapy machine to help address cancer and chronic diseases.
This pioneering discovery was made by Mr. Lin Hsin-Yung, founder of Shanghai Asclepius Meditec. Today, Mr. Lin not only continues to lead a healthy and active life, but his discovery of hydrogen-oxygen therapy (the combination of water and organic nutrition) has benefited countless cancer patients and individuals with chronic illnesses worldwide. During the COVID-19 pandemic, in particular, millions relied on this innovation to make it through life-threatening situations.
